Liepaja Olympic centre combines halls of various functionalities for practising various sports, competitions and a concert hall; gym, fitness centre and sports medicine. Since 2011, the “water” part (second stage) of the Olympic centre was commissioned, including a swimming pool and a spa complex, which were also designed and built with the participation of our company.
The composition of the SPA center is aimed at visitors of different ages. A small children's play pool with interactive water attractions, a hydromassage SPA pool for adults, modern action showers and a sauna complex allows all visitors to spend time comfortably.
Olympic centre Water part: On December 20, 2011, the water complex was opened on the basis of the regional Olympic centre. Its opening completed the project of the Liepaja Multifunctional Olympic Sports centre. All design work was carried out with the direct participation of the Aqua Fun Project Group. The supply of equipment and the installation of water attractions and technologies were also carried out with our direct participation.
The front facade of the building is a light-dynamic LED-screen (size 46 mx 9 m), capable of reproducing advertising, information and other video materials over the entire area of the facade wall. This is the largest video screen-facade in the Baltics, as well as Europe. Thanks to the special patented cassette design of the facade and the technological know-how, this facade is a unique engineering solution that can be used in other similar objects for visual advertising.
