The architecture and concept of this water park were fully developed by our company. The facility is complex as it incorporates a partially constructed and preserved building. For such a reconstruction, the application of the professional knowledge of many specialists was required. We believe that we managed to find the optimal compromise, and as a result, the project was praised by local authorities.
The water park has 8 levels, 2 of which are underground. The total area of the facility is just over 27,400 sq.m. The water park includes underground parking, a restaurant, a shop, a beauty salon, several cafes and bars, a large and saturated water zone, a spa centre area with mineral pools and baths, as well as a rooftop relaxation centre. It is planned that the water park will be able to accommodate up to 3,000 people a day.
At the disposal of water parks visitors, there is a wave pool, a winding and multi-functional river with a stream, a large number of small water rides for different ages, 7 large modern water slides, a children's town with slides, a SPA zone, mineral and relaxation pools, baths, ALPINE SUN sunbathing areas (our development), as well as a new and very popular attraction - Wet Ball
Currently, the latest approvals with local authorities and the issuance of permits are underway. Construction is planned to be done within 12 months. We hope that the new all-season water park in Sochi will become a popular place for active family vacations of numerous tourists and residents of the city.
